Agreement has been reached with the Stedelijk Museum De Lakenhal, Leiden to participate in their various exhibitions celebrating Rembrandt’s birth year 400 years ago with 8 works.
From December 16, 2005 till end December 2006
– Still life with books and a globe
– Christ at the column
– Baptism of the eunuch
– A painter in his studio
– Three heads of women, one asleep
– The beheading of John the Baptist
– Man drawing from a cast
will be shown in a show dedicated to the early, Leiden years of the master and his contemporaries.
In addition, Bust of an old man with turban by Rembrandt will be shown during the exhibition Rembrandt’s moeder, mythe en werkelijkheid, Lakenhal from December 16, 2005 till March 19, 2006.
